  • Private Sessions

    Private sessions are 45 minutes long and are thoughtfully crafted to meet your long term fitness and wellness goals. Each session will use a mixed equipment approach to facilitate instruction that is specifically tailored to each individual client’s needs.

  • Duet Sessions

    It’s always fun to work out with a friend and have a partner to keep you motivated. Our Duet sessions are designed to strike a balance between maximizing the benefit to both clients, while taking into consideration the fitness and wellness needs of each individual.

  • Virtual Sessions

    Whether you are local and looking for a more flexible option, or are outside of the Philadelphia area, virtual sessions are a great alternative to in person training. No equipment is needed for these sessions as a mat-based program is utilized to facilitate the virtual component.
